46th RCSCC Harwood Annual Cadet Review - Saturday 6th June 2020
The Sea Cadets in Ajax Ontario normally hold a full review with an awards ceremony at this time of year but due to the Covid-19 pandemic the 2020 46th Review was to be different.
The Association had attended their 40th Review in 2014 when Jonathan & Ben Harwood were the reviewing officers and presented the Lady Harwood Award for Best Cadet.
During the Association's 2016 visit to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Frigate visit to Ajax our now Chairman commissioned and presented to the Cadets the Captain Tubby Squires Award.
For the 2020 awards the review was a virtual one although this did allow the Association to attend to "present" two awards. Malcolm Collis presented the Captain Tubby Squires Award and Seb Harwood presented his great grandmother's, Lady Harwood Award.
The HMS Ajax & River Plate Veterans Association congratulate all those who received recognition.
